Oh boy!

Good news everyone ~

The bags are progressing really well and my manufacturer has informed me that they should be finished with production within the next week or so! Wallets are already finished entirely…

That being said I would still expect shipping to take 10-30 days to get to me because of the sheer quantity involved I believe it’ll be coming by sea, I’ll know more soon on that front.


The pins are in production and hopefully will only take another month or so. They did get slightly bogged down with bulk orders so they didn’t arrive first as I hoped they would.

Keychains and prints will be here by October!

So I highly expect solid movement starting on these come November, possibly sooner, but talk about in time for holidays!? I’ll be doing my best to pack and ship everything quickly. I’m wrangling outside assistance for them!

Hello everyone!

Just reaching out with a progress update on these!

All of the shells have been cut out and embroidered, and we’re in the process of putting them together!

The pins might actually take longer than the bags! Funny enough!

Also the singular custom colorway arrived significantly sooner than the rest of the bags and besides looking a little squished from its box, is absolutely lovely!

I’ve put a video clip up for the cut out pieces on instagram ( Arcanemoonstudio there as well)


Hopefully soon I can share with you all the keychains and prints and another progress info drop!

Here’s the solution! 

Now I know this method is a little bit of an honor system. I expect some people will not go through with this method and you know that maybe just unfortunately what it has to be however to help correct the difference in fees for the inserts I have reopened the pre-order Shop, which is linked above.. 

In discussing things back-and-forth with a few other others who have had issues similar while running campaigns as well as discussing things with backer Kit directly about the situation so that they are fully aware of what’s going on. We have decided to reopen the shop with a special listing. That’s just a five dollar add-on that you can purchase kind of like my tip jar and it will cover the difference per insert that needs to be corrected. 

It is the only way I can edit things at this point so if you go through with correcting it through the pre-order shop and grabbing yourselves the lantern edit then that would be amazing. Otherwise I will do my absolute best to still figure out coverage for whatever I don’t get through this method…

I did at least negotiate heavily with my manufacturer to knock the price down significantly so it’s only a five dollar charge instead of something like 10 to 15… and part of that was because of being able to take early bird inserts away from those who say just ordered a pin..


Also as a great apology for this or the best apology I can think of on top of it I will be adding an extra freebie pin to whoever was impacted by this current snag.


I will say my manufacturer and I are together with an understanding about how we need to communicate with each other we do our best to go back-and-forth in English and in Chinese to try to make sure we’re on the same level of understanding but sometimes things still get missed, which is unfortunately what happened 

Needless to say with everything that went on, I definitely and deeply apologize for this whole craziness. I have been racking my brain over it for the past few days..

And just because I have the availability with the few unwalkable pre-order pins that were in the shop. I have left them available to choose from if you guys want to go that route instead of the lantern choice battle count to as far as I care right now about it..

Again, I apologize for everything! I’ve felt absolutely terrible about it.

Really annoying news!

My manufacturer has come back at me with new prices for the bag inserts.

It would mean editing the cost for you all by another 10-12$ per..
Which I really really REALLY do not want to do, and I’m actively trying to negotiate with them to break down the costs per set.

The only way I could keep the current cost is if you were all okay with accepting just ONE panel at the currently set price rather than a set of three..  this would be for everything except the candle early birds. The added on later /extra  sets would be edited as well.


I’d love to hear back from you with opinions on this.


 My only other option would be to try and see how much it would cost ( which might end up being the same ) to attempt making them myself with my sister’s help as she’s a seamstress with more experience than I.. but I wouldn’t also be able to Guaranteed the same level of finish on the pieces if I go that route.

I’ll edit this post with updates on any negotiation I can get through with my manufacturer, but in the mean time please let me know what routes you’d like me to do..
